Adding your builder or remodeler to LocateaHomeBuilder.com is a good way to advertise your builder. Many people are looking for home builders in different areas. People often don't want to just look at one city and state when they look for home builders. They would like to be able to compare home builders. Customers will also have the ability to add testimonials about your builder. The testimonials will require approval by LocateaHomeBuilder.com before they are posted. Then advertisers would need to approve their customer testimonials before they would show up on the web page. For other businesses that want to advertise, they should check out banner ad advertising.

There are two different listings: standard and featured listings that you can choose from.

Standard Listing - $150 per year
Includes the ability to edit your information with a user name and password, change your password, view customer testimonials for your builder, view the hits to your listing. You also will be able to have a link to your web site if you have one. Customers will be able to add you to their saved builders account, inquire about your builder, and send a link to your builder to friends. You will be able to see who has added you to their saved builders account. Your practice will be listed under your area & city on the directory.

Featured Listing - $300 per year
Includes all of the features of a standard listing, the ability to upload an image or a logo for your listing, and the ability to add and upload pictures of 6 houses you've built. Your business will be listed under the city that you are located in on the directory. Your listing will be at the top for a city. There will also be an image above your listing indicating that it's featured.

Additional Category - $25 per additional category per year
You can list under additional categories and for each additional category it is $25 more.

At this time, LocateaHomeBuilder.com only accepts payments via checks. LocateaHomeBuilder.com will consider accepting payments via Paypal.
